Refund policy

At MelodyMarketCo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. A valid proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt is required to process any return.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was defective or incorrect. Items that are used, damaged due to improper handling, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
